As I sit here in my hotel room getting ready for the evening meeting here in Delhi, the Lord has been speaking to me on quietness…to be quiet…does it take having a noiseless surrounding to be quiet?  Well, here in Delhi that would be a very tough accomplishment to find a place that is quiet…there is much going on…lots and lots and lots of traffic-motorbikes, cars, buses, rickshaw’s, cows…you name it and it is in the traffic here…lots and lots and lots of people…coming and going, busy about their work, dogs always fighting and barking, etc.  Then there is all that is going on in your own mind…where is that place of quietness?  I am beginning to see that there is a place even amidst the chaos around us and in our minds, but it always takes a turning within where HE Lives and to stay there…allowing your mind to quiet (which takes practice I must say and am learning), and seeing Him who Lives Within and staying there with Him just to be WITH Him…nothing else but to enjoy His Presence, His Love, His Peace, His Rest, His Person!!  Isaiah 30:15 says, “In Returning and Rest is your Salvation…In Quietness and Trust is your Strength!” We can always Return to the Lord…the Returning is Looking Within where HE resides and we will always find Salvation there…always being saved…that is the place of Rest; in Him who Lives Within…a wonderful Rest there!!  And to be quiet before the Lord…wherever you are at…whatever your surroundings there is a turning Within where He Lives that is a quiet place…being there quiet in Him and Trusting Him for each moments Provision and His Presence!  I am seeing that to be quiet takes something…if we want to be quiet, we can have no complaints, no concerns!  If we have complaints and concerns than we are not trusting Him and therefore cannot be quiet.  WE HAVE A GOD…what complaints do we have really?  What concerns do we have really?  WE HAVE A GOD and we have access to Him 24 hours a day, 7 days a week…all this time to enjoy Him and all that He allows to come into our day that He is always in the very midst of because HE is in us…AMEN!!  A Wonderful Revelation that God is taking me on a journey in…

Well, I am finally over my 10 day bout of sickenss…diarreha, swollen feet, congested chest, sore throat, coughing out flem, lost my voice, sour stomach, running nose, etc. WHEW…what a ride (and what a ride on the toilet I must say…wanted to get off that ride many times but just couldn’t…well, amen…God always carries us through!  It has been wonderful amidst the sickness as the Lord carried me as we preached His name, His goodness, His Greatness, His Love, and Life only Found IN Him!!  There always is one that stands out who God came exactly for who was totally ready to recieve the message and it is exciting.  I am grateful to all you who are WITH me in this call…our calling is not in vain as I am seeing with my own eyes His work in people’s hearts and it is sooo encouraging…thank you for being WITH us…you are Loved so dearly!!

There are many Nepalese in certain areas of India. Here is a Nepalese woman and they use their heads and necks to carry all kinds of items!
